Statistics Investigation

We have be learning to collect data from people in our class. When we were collecting data we had to do it in tally marks. Tally marks is when you use lines but you get to the fifth you do a over the other 4 to make five.

We are learning to:

• Pose investigative questions.

• Plan for and collect data.

• Display data in tally charts, pictographs and bar graphs.

• Make statements about data displays.

• Answer the investigative question.
